We take between one and 48 hours to process your order on business days. The FIRST or NEXT business day for shipping is the day after your order has been processed. For all urgent shipments please contact email@example.com or write a note at checkout and we will do our best to get your garment on its way that same day and to your doorstep as soon as humanly possible.
Please note that delivery times vary especially in country and remote areas depending on your local post service, public holidays and any issues beyond our control.
All Express Post parcels require a signature. In case nobody is home to sign for the parcel Australia Post will offer you via email to Safe Drop your parcel in a location of your choice near your letterbox. If you do not reply to the email a card will be placed in your letter box asking you to collect your parcel at a specified post office.

Please note that if your order is over our weight limits listed, we may contact you about extra postage costs.
*Please note Economy Post is a cheaper freight option for all overseas customers and is based on weight. Low weight garments like slips, bras or bodysuits cost as little as $10 AUD to ship to most overseas detinations. You have to contact email@example.com to request a quote for your order and arrange freight payment before your garments are dispatched. Be sure to have a secure letterbox as there is no signature required. We usually pack small light garments in envelopes which fit into standard letter boxes.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will be emailed your tracking information. If you are unable to access this email or did not receive it, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be able to provide you with this information.
Are customs or import duties covered by Dyspnea?
On the rare occasion, some international shipments can be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. In these circumstances, it is the customer’s responsibility to pay the charges so the goods can be released from the post office.
What is your returns policy?
Here at Dyspnea, we love each and every Dyspet that shops online with us. We want you to be on Cloud 9 with your purchase, as we aim to provide exceptional customer service and deliver beautiful high quality garments.
If you aren't quite happy with your purchase and would like a refund or exchange, we will still love you. You will need to email email@example.com within 5 days of receiving your goodies to obtain a Returns Authorization number = RA# and get the garment within 3 days into the post. Ideally you email us the tracking number so we know it's on its way. Standard Post takes quite long (up to 8 business days) in Australia and if you need a speedy refund or exchange we advice you to Express Post it back to us.
Please note that returns can only be accepted if:
+ Your item was not purchased on sale
+ Your item is not lingerie/bather/bodysuit
+ You have contacted firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order to obtain a Return Authorization Number = RA # and posted it within 3 days.
+ Your item(s) are in it’s original condition, with all tags attached and with no indication of being worn, washed, or damaged in any way. Your garment must be free of makeup, bronzer, tan marks and have no scent of perfume - so please take care when trying on your garment, ladies!
+ You package the item(s) as received - folded and well wrapped. (We encourage you to reuse our wrapping and have no objections if you recycle the postbag by turning it inside out)
Dyspnea Label reserves the right to refuse a return on any item(s) that do not meet these standards.
Do you accept returns on sale items?
All sale items are final and cannot be returned.
What is Afterpay?
You can buy what you want now and pay every fortnight over 4 equal instalments. Your order gets shipped ASAP like a standard purchase and there's no interest or delays.
All new Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. You will no longer be considered a ‘new’ customer once you have fully paid off your first order 6 weeks later. For any order thereafter, your first payment will only be deducted 2 weeks after your purchase and your last payment deducted 8 weeks after purchase

How do pre-orders work?
Good question, babe. Pre-order items are available to purchase before the garment actually comes into stock. This means you get in first, secure your purchase and then we will ship the item out to you as soon as it arrives at Dyspnea warehouse. Please note that pre-order arrival dates are an estimation only and could vary due to circumstances out of our control. We will do our best to get your pre-order out to you as soon as possible though!
How do I care for my little slice of Dyspnea?
We use a range of hand made delicate quality fabrications and textiles. Most of our garments are ideally dry cleaned. Alternatively you may wash the garment gently in tepid water with a small amount of soap for delicate fabrics. Avoid vigorous rubbing. Gently squeeze the garment, rinse it in cold water and drip dry it in the shade. Avoid ironing. Preferably steam the garment to smooth any creases. This can be done by hanging it on a coat hanger in the bathroom while having a hot shower. If your garment is very creased and ironing is unavoidable please lay a clean protective cloth over the fabric to be ironed and use a low heat setting ideal a steam iron. Our famous fluffs are made from down and can be washed, however avoid soap and when dry cleaning request to have the fluffs well covered for this process so they are not exposed dry cleaning chemicals. Sometimes the fluffs can come undone during dry cleaning and require repairing.

Unfortunately we do not offer a price guarantee, so we can’t provide a partial refund for an item that goes on sale after you’ve purchased it.
