EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision by submitting a return request through your customer account before the 14-day period expires.
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery, or to custom or personalised items.
